Creative Studio by Delab was inspired by the collaborative spirit fostered in Studio culture in architectural schools overseas. It was commonplace for design studios would be open 24/7, to have a fabrication lab with 3d printers and laser-cutters to rapidly generate prototypes and ideas, and most of all, provide a community of designers to collaborate, exchange ideas, and share a cup of coffee (or 3!) during an all-nighter. We felt that locally, this type of coming-together was lacking, or at the very least, there was a serious shortage of dedicated space and facilities available to students and designers.

This is the platform of how we wanted to build our workspaces - with the balance of having personal work stations but an atmosphere of collaboration and working together -- with amazing amenities to top it all off! You'll never have to work at a coffee shop ever again.

This May 2021, Creative Studio will be the first Amazon Alexa-based fully-automated, (mostly) zero-touch, SMART working-space.
